Courtney coordinates fabric and yarn manufacturing on all textile developments for clients and prospects, and manages all factory relationships.

At brrr°, among multiple other tasks, she was responsible for quality control and testing of all brrr° products, and overseeing new product development and lab testing. Courtney has worked in the textile and apparel industry since 2005, including 7 years located internationally with fabric mills in China & Taiwan. 

She received her Master’s in Business Administration & International Textile and Garment Trade from Middlebury Institute of International Studies and a Bachelor’s degree in Sciences, Clothing Textiles & Design from the University of Idaho.

Courtney is fluent in Mandarin Chinese, French and Spanish.
